We were looking for people who were kind, knowledgeable, and wanted to earn our business. Grand Ledge Ford delivered all of that. They had nice cars that fit into our budget. EVERYONE we spoke with while we were there was a professional. They were knowledgeable about their product and I got the sense that they truly wanted to earn our business by finding the car that was right for us when we were ready to buy, not just sell us a car. Nice, friendly service. My Escape needed new tires and new brake pads. They gave me a loaner car for the 3-4 hours they worked on my vehicle. Phil seemed right on top of things.
