Mr. Wright, at Grand Ledge Ford, found me a new antenna for cheaper than the original estimate. This is the dealership we purchased the vehicle in '08. We are treated very well each time it has been in for service. Given an estimate prior to repairs and kept up to date on the progress of repairs. E We are treated very well each time it has been in for service. They complete the repairs in a timely manner and always wash the vehicle before returning it. I do a lot of my own auto repairs because I don't like paying for labor and parts. When I don't have the time, or it is a major repair I will continue to return to Grand Ledge Ford because I feel like my business is really appreciated. More

We brought our vehicle in for a repair that another mechanic told us would cost thousands of dollars. I had a recent service for my Montery van. Phil was the service writer who handled the work. A couple of weeks later I began to hear a noise in the van's left front. I memtioned it to Phil when I was service writer who handled the work. A couple of weeks later I began to hear a noise in the van's left front. I memtioned it to Phil when I was in for service on my other car and told him I thought it might be a wheel bearing. He told me to bring it in ASAP as the warranty would soon be expiring. I called the next day and he said that I could bring it in that day. I took it in and Mike Fernholz, the front end service tech drove the car with me. Shortly after we left he heard the noise and did several manuvers to test the bearing. The noise reacted just as expected. On getting back to the dealership he told Phil it was a wheel bearing. Phil said that they could keep the car and would work on it the next day. So I left the car and they give me a ride home. On the following day Phil called in the afternoon to tell me the car was done. I told him I was out of town and would pick it up on Friday. On Friday I picked it up and the noise was gone. It was a great effort by the Team. More
Great customer service. GLF went above and beyond to help me with an issue with a vehicle that just left warranty. Always provide loaners (it would be nice if they weren't always Focuses, but a free lo help me with an issue with a vehicle that just left warranty.
