I have gone to this dealership since 1967 when I bought my first car, and have never been disappointed. The people are very efficient, helpful, sincerely friendly and I wouldn't consider going anywhere el my first car, and have never been disappointed. My husband and I have been visiting Grand Ledge Ford together for many years together and the result has been the same. Many of them are local people and they value their reputation in the community. First let me say I am a single mother of three growing boys whose lease was ending. The assistance I received from Dorene Fuller at Grand Ledge Ford was amazing! I had first decided to get into another lease, however, after a few months realized it was not what I needed it to be. At that time I again emailed Dorene with my issues and concerns and she was quick to get back to me after meeting with her manager and informed me they would do everything in their power to help me find the vehicle I needed for myself and my boys. I was so appreciative and thankful for their assistance and would highly recommend anyone who is considering a lease or new car purchase to just reach out and start communicating with Grand Ledge Ford to answer questions and assist. I can honestly say they are a great business to work with. More
I took my 2002 Ford Escort in for service -- and it REALLY needed it. I'd really had no service done to it since I bought it at Grand Ledge Ford in 2003. I knew I needed brakes, but I asked Phil Wrig REALLY needed it. I'd really had no service done to it since I bought it at Grand Ledge Ford in 2003. I knew I needed brakes, but I asked Phil Wright if he could have his mechanics give the car a good "once over." That they did. The old bucket of bolts purrs like a kitten now! Since I'm currently unemployed, I asked them to do triage work, doing only the work that was absolutely necessary. They proceeded to work as I requested, explaining the pros & cons of different approaches. While I understand dealerships sometimes charge a bit more than independent shops, the peace of mind Phil Wright provided was worth any additional cost I might have incurred. In fact, though, I'm convinced Phil, Jon & Mike probably saved me money in the long run. Customer service is of paramount importance at GL Ford. Phil Wright stayed in constant contact with me to let me know the status of the work. I don't think he would have given the car better attention if it were his own. I greatly appreciate service like that! While Phil is originally from England, I tried not to hold that against him -- in fact, it was impossible because he was so damned friendly & courteous. When I need more work done on my car (noooooooo!!!), they'll certainly see me back at GL Ford's service department. It's almost like family. More

Colleen was a joy to work with. I was looking for a car and a friend and I stopped by to test drive a new one. It was late so we only had time to drive one. I was busy and said I couldn't get back to her for several weeks and she respected my time frame and did not bother me with unnecessary calls. I like working with Colleen. She was very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. Fernando did all the paper work and made buying a car very easy. I bought a used car and Tom, the used car manager, was a great facilitator. He talked to me about options, assuaged my concerns and made me feel very comfortable and confident with my purchase. Thanks guys. More
I was greeted by Ross out on the lot and it was a good experience from there. He was very friendly and cooperative, and willing to make a deal. This is my 4th car bought at Grande Ledge Ford and it has always been a great experience!The first time I went to grande Ledge Ford was to buy a focus but because a drunk driver ran into the back of me and p always been a great experience!The first time I went to grande Ledge Ford was to buy a focus but because a drunk driver ran into the back of me and pushed my under the truck in front of me it ended up getting totalled. I was not hurt because of the air bag deployment. The second was for an F 150, the third and fourth was to buy a focus for my Son and daughter. Two of my kids drives a focus and I drive the truck. Philip was very professional and assisted me right away when I arrived. I did not realize that the 2nd manufacturer "free" oil change had expired, and he went and asked if the service manager would honor when I arrived. I very much appreciate it when the dealership operates with my best interest in mind. Every employee I came in contact with was very outgoing, said hello, asked if I wanted something to drink.... It is a very enjoyable experience overall. More
This was my first experience w/Grand Ledge Ford. I went there to get my oil changed. The recognized that there was a recall for my vehicle and fixed that problem.
