Philip was very professional and assisted me right away when I arrived. I did not realize that the 2nd manufacturer "free" oil change had expired, and he went and asked if the service manager would honor when I arrived. This was my first experience w/Grand Ledge Ford. I went there to get my oil changed. The recognized that there was a recall for my vehicle and fixed that problem. Colleen was a joy to work with. I was looking for a car and a friend and I stopped by to test drive a new one. It was late so we only had time to drive one. She was very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. Fernando did all the paper work and made buying a car very easy. I bought a used car and Tom, the used car manager, was a great facilitator.
