While vacationing in Michigan, the dash got hot to touch. When Mr. Wright registed vehicle in, he discovered recall notice. Jerry drove vehicle to diagnose dash problem, and Tony expidited replacing the axle. Mr. Wright made sure that the Ford Company took care of me, by making sure I did not make the long trip back to Tennessee without repairs being done as well as making sure I had a rental car for the short period of time it took for them to do all repairs. Julie handled all charges and got us on our way. We are very thankful for all the kind help and skillful staff that Grand Ledge Ford provided us when we needed them. More
We were so not looking forward to having to buy a car, it's always been such a hassle. We stopped in to "just look". We ended up driving a wonderful car with an awesome guy/salesman, Sid. He in turn introduced us to Fernando and seriously, the only way this could have been a more pleasant experience would be if they paid us to take the car:) No pressure, knowledgeable staff, friendly from whoever answers the phone to financing...really we could'nt be any more satisfied! This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from you in the last 3-4 years. We have been very happy with the dealership and especially the service department. We are extremely happy with the 2009 Escape as well as the 2005 F-250 Diesel. Our only down side with the dealership is that Gary is still waiting for his new Ford hat. The one from 2005 is in very bad shape. We were promised one when we purchased the Escape and are still waiting for it. More
I got my Saturn LS2 from here on 10/20/10 and i couldn't ask for a better car. Everything was in tip top condition. Sidney did an excellent job selling me this car. First let me say I am a single mother of three growing boys whose lease was ending. The assistance I received from Dorene Fuller at Grand Ledge Ford was amazing! I had first decided to get into another lease, however, after a few months realized it was not what I needed it to be. At that time I again emailed Dorene with my issues and concerns and she was quick to get back to me after meeting with her manager and informed me they would do everything in their power to help me find the vehicle I needed for myself and my boys. I was so appreciative and thankful for their assistance and would highly recommend anyone who is considering a lease or new car purchase to just reach out and start communicating with Grand Ledge Ford to answer questions and assist. I can honestly say they are a great business to work with. More
I took my 2002 Ford Escort in for service -- and it REALLY needed it. I'd really had no service done to it since I bought it at Grand Ledge Ford in 2003. I knew I needed brakes, but I asked Phil Wrig REALLY needed it. I'd really had no service done to it since I bought it at Grand Ledge Ford in 2003. I knew I needed brakes, but I asked Phil Wright if he could have his mechanics give the car a good "once over." That they did. The old bucket of bolts purrs like a kitten now! Since I'm currently unemployed, I asked them to do triage work, doing only the work that was absolutely necessary. They proceeded to work as I requested, explaining the pros & cons of different approaches. While I understand dealerships sometimes charge a bit more than independent shops, the peace of mind Phil Wright provided was worth any additional cost I might have incurred. In fact, though, I'm convinced Phil, Jon & Mike probably saved me money in the long run. Customer service is of paramount importance at GL Ford. Phil Wright stayed in constant contact with me to let me know the status of the work. I don't think he would have given the car better attention if it were his own. I greatly appreciate service like that! While Phil is originally from England, I tried not to hold that against him -- in fact, it was impossible because he was so damned friendly & courteous. When I need more work done on my car (noooooooo!!!), they'll certainly see me back at GL Ford's service department. It's almost like family. More
This is my 4th car bought at Grande Ledge Ford and it has always been a great experience!The first time I went to grande Ledge Ford was to buy a focus but because a drunk driver ran into the back of me and p always been a great experience!The first time I went to grande Ledge Ford was to buy a focus but because a drunk driver ran into the back of me and pushed my under the truck in front of me it ended up getting totalled. I was not hurt because of the air bag deployment. The second was for an F 150, the third and fourth was to buy a focus for my Son and daughter. Two of my kids drives a focus and I drive the truck.
