While vacationing in Michigan, the dash got hot to touch. When Mr. Wright registed vehicle in, he discovered recall notice. Jerry drove vehicle to diagnose dash problem, and Tony expidited replacing the axle. Mr. Wright made sure that the Ford Company took care of me, by making sure I did not make the long trip back to Tennessee without repairs being done as well as making sure I had a rental car for the short period of time it took for them to do all repairs.
