The techs at Grand Ledge Ford have nearly always had my car's repairs finished the same day. They always call with an estimate first, have the parts I'll need, and fit me in even when I don't get the chance to schedule an appointment. I really appreciate their shuttle service too. That way I can get back to home or work and not waste the day in the waiting room. For my most recent work (battery installation), Phil Wright, Randy Germain, and Julie Bevier were the employees who took care of me. They each did an excellent job. More

I have dealt with Grand Ledge Ford for many years and have never had a bad experience. The service guys are great and always make sure I have a ride home/back to the dalership when my car is being serv have never had a bad experience. Other employees always ask if I want coffee or hot chocolate and make sure I am comfortable when waiting. I took the vehicle in for routine service and also had a concern about a chirping noise that was coming from the rear of the vehicle. I was offered transportation to a destination of my choice, but chose t concern about a chirping noise that was coming from the rear of the vehicle. I was offered transportation to a destination of my choice, but chose to wait at the dealership. While waiting, I met with bhe business office with regard to extending my warranty coverage. Even though I did not have an appointment, I received prompt courteous service with a good explanation of options and cost. By the time I had finished there the vehicle was ready, the rear brake pads and plates had been replaced under warranty and the chirp was gone. Great service and friendly people. More
WEnt in for a Sync repair and it was completed very quickly and effectively. The service rep was quick to get me looked after and Randy did a complete redo on the sycn to get the system to take the new quickly and effectively.
