Seamless & exceptional service was what I received from GL Ford's service department. Service tech Phil Wright, mechanic Randy Germain and cashier Julie Bevier all were professional and courteous. Dorene Fuller did a great job directing us to service and getting the parts that we needed. She checked with us several times to make sure that we got what we needed and was taken care of. I called Grand Ledge Ford on Black Friday, my check engine light was illuminated. Jim was able to get my car in that day and serviced within 3 hours. Excellent service and friendliness. I originally came into GLF for an estimate on some minor I originally came into GLF for an estimate on some minor body work. I decided to stay for an oil change lube and filter and make it a one stop e I originally came into GLF for an estimate on some minor body work. I decided to stay for an oil change lube and filter and make it a one stop experience. The LO&F was done promptly and I was advised by Phil that the service person had discovered a small leak that needed attention. He gave me a document containing the estimated cost of the repair and advised me of the earliest date on which I could bring the vehicle in for service. I called back the next day and scheduled the repair. Phil was able to get me in bright and early. I did not have to wait at the service shop and I was driven to my home by the courtesy driver. I received a call approximately two hours later from Phil telling me that my vehicle was done. When I arrived back at GLF I expressed my concern that I may have had an additional leak. Phil and Mike promptly re-inspected my vehicle. They found no cause for concern but gave me directions and advised me what to do if the problem persisted. I found the experience to have been pleasant due to the friendliness of the staff, prompt professional service and the repairs having been made at a price very close to the estimated cost. More
I have been coming to Grand Ledge Ford to get my cars for years but never really used them for servicing my car but for the last two years I have decided to go to Grand Ledge ford because it was close to hom years but never really used them for servicing my car but for the last two years I have decided to go to Grand Ledge ford because it was close to home. Everytime I go to get an oil change or any thing else done I am always treated kindly, and if it is going to take a long time they have a shuttle service that will drop me off and pick me up. The service guys are very helpful. I have worked with Phil Wright the past year or so and he has been very helpful in letting me know when my car needs an oil change or tire rotation or my radiation needs to be flushed. So I am very happy with the people that work at Grand Ledge Ford and the service that my car has gotten from this dealership so I will continue to go to Grand Ledge Ford and I will recommend this dealership to others. We have always had our car done on time, created with courtesy, and very helpful with questions. I appreciate the cleanliness of the garage and that my car is always keep clean and neat.
