I brought my Edge in for it's first oil change on Dec. 17th. I didn't know that an appointment was needed, but Jim was very helpful in fitting me into the schedule. I have been with Grand Ledge Ford since it opened in its current location and I have benefitted from having Jim and Mike the entire time. That makes a big difference because they know me and they know my c current location and I have benefitted from having Jim and Mike the entire time. That makes a big difference because they know me and they know my car. Both do a great job at keeping my 1999 Contour on the road and working dependably. The dealership itself is also very welcoming. There is a comfortable place to wait, nice customers who also have often been with GLF for a long while, a good courtesy van system, loaner cars when you really need them, and more. It is a well-run organization that does good work and a fair price. I have recommended GLF to others. More

Julie was friendly and prepared and resolved my bill accurately. The alignment, that Mike performed, greatly improved the ride and the brake response is better.
