When I called for an appointment I was given prompt assistance and several dates and times which were convenient for me. When I arrieved the service writer (Phil) remembered me and was good about being assistance and several dates and times which were convenient for me. I had one tire with a problem and I asked to have what ever caused the leak so I could be sure I didn't run into more slow leaks. He not only got the screw causing the leak but there was no charge for the repair. Phil has a wonderful, helpful personality and handled my service in a very fair amount of time. More

I have taken my car to GLF for a couple of years now, ever since we moved our office. The bills I have gotten for regular maintenance service have been consistently lower than other dealerships I have us ever since we moved our office. The bills I have gotten for regular maintenance service have been consistently lower than other dealerships I have used in the past. And the bills for repairs have also been $20-50 lower than I expected. With an 11 year old Taurus, things are beginning to wear out. Phil Wright and Jon Snow have been great in explaining how the different car parts wear, what can be done to prolong the part's length of service, and what to watch for. They have always been courteous and professional, and the service has always been done on time. I have never felt that they were trying to get me to have service done which was not needed at the time. The bottom line - they are looking out for me to keep my costs low, and I trust what they tell me. More

Phil Wright was very helpful in prioritizing the work that had to be done on my car. He told me what items needed to be done now and what could wait until my next oil change. I needed my oil changed, tires rotated, and was noticing a strange "kick" when I accelerated my Ford Edge. They also checked over all my fluids, my windshield wipers, and lights making sure that my car is safe for me on the road. One of my favorite parts about taking my vehicle to Grand Ledge Ford is that I NEVER feel like I have been or ever will be taken advantage of or ripped off. I was thoroughly impressed with the friendliness & speed of which the service was done (tires and brakes). However, my initial complaint for taking the truck in was squeeking in the drivers rear tire which of which the service was done (tires and brakes). I have been taking my veichles to Grand Ledge Ford for a long time. Jim is always very helpful to us and always works us in if we have a serious problem and need the veickle.
