I brought my Edge in for it's first oil change on Dec. 17th. I didn't know that an appointment was needed, but Jim was very helpful in fitting me into the schedule. I have been with Grand Ledge Ford since it opened in its current location and I have benefitted from having Jim and Mike the entire time.
