When I called for an appointment I was given prompt assistance and several dates and times which were convenient for me. When I arrieved the service writer (Phil) remembered me and was good about being assistance and several dates and times which were convenient for me. I have taken my car to GLF for a couple of years now, ever since we moved our office. The bills I have gotten for regular maintenance service have been consistently lower than other dealerships I have us ever since we moved our office. And the bills for repairs have also been $20-50 lower than I expected. With an 11 year old Taurus, things are beginning to wear out. Phil Wright and Jon Snow have been great in explaining how the different car parts wear, what can be done to prolong the part's length of service, and what to watch for. They have always been courteous and professional, and the service has always been done on time. I have never felt that they were trying to get me to have service done which was not needed at the time. The bottom line - they are looking out for me to keep my costs low, and I trust what they tell me. More
