In addition one of the reasons I continue to go back to Grand Ledge Ford is Jim Satterlee, who is always fair, courtesy, and keeps me informed. Even when I have taken a vehicle in for a particular problem and it was not completely resolved, I'm not worried because they will correct the issue without additional charge (as they did with an air-conditioning problem with my F150). All my vehicles (1999 Mercury Sable with 118,000 miles, 2001 Explorer with 123,000 miles, and a 1998 F150 with 168,000 miles) run excellent due to the routine maintenance that I have done at Grand Ledge Ford. Took my 2010 Flex SEL in to Grand Ledge Ford this morning for an oil change/tire rotation. Also told them I had an intermittent grunting noise in the front brakes. Shortly after I had settled in with a cup of coffee, the service writer came in and told me there was a TSB addressing the brake issue He said he had the parts in stock if I had the time to wait....I'm retired, so time is something I have plenty of. I was back on the road in a little more than an hour. This is the second time I have been to this dealer and they have exceeded my expectations both times. Keep up the good work Grand Ledge Ford! More

Communication is excellent about diagnosing the problems, what is needed to fix them, the cost and the estimated time line involved until the vehicle is ready. The transportation back to home and subsequent pick up return to the dealership is also timely. Overall a very pleasant experience. More
When I called for an appointment I was given prompt assistance and several dates and times which were convenient for me. I had one tire with a problem and I asked to have what ever caused the leak so I could be sure I didn't run into more slow leaks. He not only got the screw causing the leak but there was no charge for the repair. Phil has a wonderful, helpful personality and handled my service in a very fair amount of time. More

I have taken my car to GLF for a couple of years now, ever since we moved our office. The bills I have gotten for regular maintenance service have been consistently lower than other dealerships I have us ever since we moved our office. And the bills for repairs have also been $20-50 lower than I expected. With an 11 year old Taurus, things are beginning to wear out. Phil Wright and Jon Snow have been great in explaining how the different car parts wear, what can be done to prolong the part's length of service, and what to watch for. They have always been courteous and professional, and the service has always been done on time. I have never felt that they were trying to get me to have service done which was not needed at the time. The bottom line - they are looking out for me to keep my costs low, and I trust what they tell me. More
