I went to look for another car and did not find anything in my price range. I left thinking hmm what am I going to do now.? When I got home I received a phone call from Marianne telling me she had found a truck on the lot that I might like, I went to take a look and it was my dream truck in my price range I was so excited and floored that she had cared enough to keep looking for me after I had left. Every lease since has been a joy,I love having Marianne as my sales rep over the years she has really learned what I am looking for I can just show up and the perfect car is waiting for me. When I dropped my 2003 Windstar off for recall repairs and an engine light, Phil was helping an older lady. She seemed very upset and he was so very gentle with her. My experience at Grand Ledge Ford was exceptional in every way. Phil first called me to confirm my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, then was professional and attentive upon my arrival. every way. I mentioned my low tire pressure warning light was on and he promised to inspect my tires for damage. 30 minutes later, the work was done, which included Mike inspecting and repairing my tire. This is not the first time Phil has gone beyond the normal level of service I would expect. Several months ago during another oil change, I asked if he could do anything about a small area of paint that had been rubbed off by my bike's handle bars being carried on a bicycle rack. Upon returning, I found that not only was the rub repaired but the inside of my vehicle had been cleaned as well. Grand Ledge Ford is quickly gaining a customer for life. More
