We were traveling when our Focus began running poorly and miss-firing. We pulled off the freeway at the first possible exit and just chanced upon Grand Ledge Ford. The service department was extremely busy, but Philip managed to get our car diagnosed quite quickly and we were able to continue our trip. He was outstanding and went way above what I consider good service, to help us in an uncomfortable situation. I would highly recommend this dealership because of the care shown by Philip Wright. More

I was from out of town and needed service. We were given coffee and it was going to be a longer service and we had plans to shop for the afternoon. We were driven to the mall, notified by cell phone when m coffee and it was going to be a longer service and we had plans to shop for the afternoon. I brought my 2010 Ford Focus in for its first oil change which included a tire rotation. When I asked if I could also get the car washed, Phil Wright smiled and said it was no problem and that it would be which included a tire rotation. I visited the service department at the dealership with a 2004 F-150 pickup that was not running very well. He quickly arranged for a diagnostic session with the technicians. I had an answer, and an estimate, within twenty-five minutes. I agreed to have the work performed and Mr. Wright was kind enough to arrange an overnight car rental for my return home. The communication throughout the process was outstanding. I am quite pleased with the entire experience. More
I didn't buy my used 2010 Ford Fusion from Grand Ledge Ford, but my family had bought cars there in the past. They had always treated us well. My Fusion started having transmission problems. I brought it in and soon discovered it had to be rebuilt. Next we found out that Ford was back ordered for 15 days on the part they needed to fix it. Grand Ledge Ford provided me with an Enterprise rental car. They ended up getting the part early and finished up in a week. I only ended up paying the $100 deductible. After I got my car back I noticed my steering alignment was off. They got me back in right away and fixed it for free! My entire time I worked with Phil Wright. He was excellent to work with and provided great service. I would recommend Grand Ledge Ford service department to anyone. More
Colleen was exceptional w/sales. My license plate frame was discarded w/out my approval/knowledge. It had been a gift to me from my employer. When a man said he'd look for it "now" he went to lunch instead was discarded w/out my approval/knowledge. It had been a gift to me from my employer. I was left waiting for him to eat his lunch and when he came back he said he'd look for it later. ROTTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE in this case! Overall-the service and price of veh were acceptable. The veh was able to be taken home that night. I brought it back for some minor touch-up (previous scratches) This went well. I'm very pleased with the purchase of the 2010 Ford Focus. Not so pleased with that particular salesman who evidently was starving and failed to let me know what his plans for that half hour wait-for me-were. More
Phil is very hospitable and gives a thorough assessment of your vehicle's needs. He is able to check the vehicle service history combined w/his own automotive knowledge and forecast potential issues that c of your vehicle's needs.
