In the spring I plan on getting a new car and it will be at this dealership so that I can deal with the service department! More
We purchased a used Lincoln Navigator on the internet in Ohio. We were informed by this dealer the vehicle was still under factory warrenty. We visited GLF to discuss warrenty on our Lincoln and were impressed with Phil Wright's friendly, professional attitude and his genuine willingness to help us. Phil was able to warrent the door trim panel on each of the front doors. The trim panels were later installed just like the factory by Larrry Edwards. After the trim panels were replaced we asked Phil to check if the tear on the drivers seat cover would also be covered under warrenty. Without hesitation, Phil began the process.The next day, we got the approval and the new seat cover was ordered and in less than a week it was installed, again like it came from the factory, by Larry Edwards. Overall we were very impressed by the complete and professional service. More

We were traveling when our Focus began running poorly and miss-firing. We pulled off the freeway at the first possible exit and just chanced upon Grand Ledge Ford. He was outstanding and went way above what I consider good service, to help us in an uncomfortable situation. I would highly recommend this dealership because of the care shown by Philip Wright. More

I was from out of town and needed service. We were given coffee and it was going to be a longer service and we had plans to shop for the afternoon. We were driven to the mall, notified by cell phone when m coffee and it was going to be a longer service and we had plans to shop for the afternoon. I brought my 2010 Ford Focus in for its first oil change which included a tire rotation. When I asked if I could also get the car washed, Phil Wright smiled and said it was no problem and that it would be which included a tire rotation. He quickly arranged for a diagnostic session with the technicians. I had an answer, and an estimate, within twenty-five minutes. I agreed to have the work performed and Mr. Wright was kind enough to arrange an overnight car rental for my return home. The communication throughout the process was outstanding. I am quite pleased with the entire experience. More
