I always enjoy taking my truck to GLF. I don't get the nasty sick feeling in my stomach that I am going to have to fight them on every little thing. Pull in, talk to Jim, done. When the truck was wrecked the repair wasn't all it should have been. When I brought it back later for service the body shop noticed the poor work. They were proactive, made an appointment to get it back in and corrected everything. I work in Grand Rapids and I will always make arrangements to work in Lansing when the truck needs service just so I can take it to GLF. I don't want to use any other dealership. The only bad thing I have is with the so called corrosion warranty. The truck is only two and a half years old and already has rust and the paint is flaking off on the inside of the passenger door. Since it is not through the metal Ford will not resolve the issue. More
I took my car here for the first time last week and was extremely pleased with the service I received. Not only did the technician address my original concern, they also completed a thorough check to make sure everything else was in order. This dealership is extremely customer-friendly and I will certainly return in the future. More

All of the people that I encountered at Grand Ledge Ford were knowledgeable and helpful. I was out looking for cars on one of the coldest days of the year and they cleaned off and warmed up not one, but tw were knowledgeable and helpful. I live much closer to another Ford dealership, and there is a good reason I drive all the way across town to work with Grand Ledge Ford. I took my 2002 Ford F-150 in for service. The rear axel area had a thumping noise coming from it at low RRM. The noise came and went. I dropped the vehicle off and Phillip was a service rep who I had the most contact with. Phillip was always friendly and provided the information as quickly as he could. The company provided me and my children a ride to and from home when the vehicle was ready. First time I picked up the vehicle they did some much needed work on it that involved the steering. However, as I left I could still hear the thumping noise. I took the vehicle right back, Michael the tech went for a ride and was able to hear the noise I was talking about. I then made contact with Chad the service manager. He listened to my concerns and stated he would make it right. The vehicle was done and is working great. Chad kept his promise and made it right, including doing some work for free and reduced price. They offered to show me the pieces that they replaced and how bad they were. The service was great, the price competive and an overall good experience. More
I took my 2004 Ford Focus to a mechanic to get an oil change/ they told me that there was moisture in the oil and that it eas a major problem/ I took it to this Ford dealer and instead of taking advan change/ they told me that there was moisture in the oil and that it eas a major problem/ I took it to this Ford dealer and instead of taking advantage of me/ they let me know that it was not a necessary valve job/ only moisture caused by our bad weather/ they changed the oil and now have my future business! In the spring I plan on getting a new car and it will be at this dealership so that I can deal with the service department! More
We purchased a used Lincoln Navigator on the internet in Ohio. We were informed by this dealer the vehicle was still under factory warrenty. We visited GLF to discuss warrenty on our Lincoln and were impressed with Phil Wright's friendly, professional attitude and his genuine willingness to help us. Phil was able to warrent the door trim panel on each of the front doors. The trim panels were later installed just like the factory by Larrry Edwards. After the trim panels were replaced we asked Phil to check if the tear on the drivers seat cover would also be covered under warrenty. Without hesitation, Phil began the process.The next day, we got the approval and the new seat cover was ordered and in less than a week it was installed, again like it came from the factory, by Larry Edwards. Overall we were very impressed by the complete and professional service. More
