We had some MINOR difficulties with the vehicle after sale which were not covered by warranty, but Karl stood by us, working hard to ensure we were completely satisfied with the vehicle (which we are). He has earned my trust and lifelong business, and I feel confident saying if you work with him you will not regret it! JUDY WILLIAMS also deserves a strong nod, as both KARL and JUDY stayed quite late after close to work through some financing concerns and options so we could take the car on vacation the next day. I told them what my price range was, what features I wanted, and Karl immediately showed me cars in their inventory that fit what I wanted (For comparison, earlier that day I want to another dealership, told the salesman what my budget was, test drove a car, and the starting price of that car was several thousand dollars over what I wanted to pay, and I only found out after I test drove that car.) The guys at Grand Ledge Ford were attentive to my needs, they even scraped off the parking sticker of my trade-in so I could get a new one for my new car. Plus, they already had a relationship with my credit union, so my loan was approved easily. More
