I cam in for an oil change around 1pm. I had an interview that day and could not miss it. I was contemplating not having the service done. Phil told me that there should be no reason it should not be done by that day and could not miss it. I was contemplating not having the service done. A short while later, I was told they were able to switch my appointment with another and I was out of there just before 2pm. With the rewards I had built up, the cost was $0.00. I was also informed that my breaks need to be replaced and set up another appointment. I always have a great experience when I take my vehicle there. The staff is excellent and so is the work. More

From the moment we walked into Grand Ledge Ford, the entire staff went out of their way to take care of us. This is the third car I have bought from them, so all I had to do was go to Colleen (who was entire staff went out of their way to take care of us.
