They have a variety of information including brochures, DVD's and product display, all very helpful when choosing which model you want. The dealership is very clean, inviting and customer friendly. Purchased 07 Fusion, had some idling problems. returned to have them check the idle, but they could not get the engine to hesitate. Made an appointment to have it checked. I returned with my car at the appointed time. All the staff there was very pleasant. They replaced some fouled out spark plugs and did a few other things and I was back on the road. The driver rear tail light was cracked, they ordered a new one for me and replaced it for me. I was very pleased with their service. We have purchased many cars from their dealership and would choose them to purchase other vehicles in the future. More
I cam in for an oil change around 1pm. I had an interview that day and could not miss it. I was contemplating not having the service done. Phil told me that there should be no reason it should not be done by that day and could not miss it. I was contemplating not having the service done. Phil told me that there should be no reason it should not be done by 2pm. However, he did give some scenarios so I would not miss my interview. A short while later, I was told they were able to switch my appointment with another and I was out of there just before 2pm. With the rewards I had built up, the cost was $0.00. I was also informed that my breaks need to be replaced and set up another appointment. I always have a great experience when I take my vehicle there. The staff is excellent and so is the work. More

From the moment we walked into Grand Ledge Ford, the entire staff went out of their way to take care of us. This is the third car I have bought from them, so all I had to do was go to Colleen (who was entire staff went out of their way to take care of us. She pointed me to the manager who promptly got me the keys and a plate and in less than 5 minutes my wife and I were test driving the car. Buying a car from Colleen is the most pleasant auto purchasing experience you can imagine. She is cheerful, friendly, and professional. She is the kind of salesperson I would follow to another dealership - so hang on to her! She worked with me and the management to reach a fair price without any pressure at all. A real joy. More
