Ben did a great job he had been assigned to me after my regular salesperson retired.I told him what I wanted he showed me several different cars. I drove the Fiesta and liked it. I made the appointment for 8a expecting 1.5 hours of work to be done and it was done in the allotted time. I was greeted immediately, had my paperwork done efficiently, was shown the reason for my air leak to be done and it was done in the allotted time.
