I drove into the service department of Grand Ledge Ford to ask for a reference regarding a broken windshield. I was aware that the work would not be done by them; I was merely hoping for a reference. Philip Wright offered me a name and promised that I would be happy with the referral. The good news . . . not only was I thrilled with the provider who replaced my windshield, but I was AGAIN especially happy with the service department of this Ford dealership. In fact, I actually purchased my current car because of the EXCELLENT service I received on my previous car. Jim is another customer rep who works in the service department. He, too, has done amazing things for me regarding scheduling, loaner car, etc. Yeah, for Grand Ledge Ford . . . their service department will keep me coming back again & again!! I sooo appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and attention. More
I have worked with Phil and Jim a number of times throughout the ownership of my current vehicle. In the last few visits Tony and Mike have also gone out of their way to answer my questions. During this past service Phil was able to work his best to help in replacing a set of tires which did not live their entire advertised life with the help of Chad. Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln, has in my opinion has one of the best service department in the Lansing Area. Other dealerships seem to want to do needless service but the games don't exist here. More
We had such a great experience buying a car at the end of May that we came back to Karl in June to purchase a second vehicle from him! He was kind,thorough and made the process easy and enjoyable. Karl was not pushy in anyway and was eager to help us get a pre-owned car that suited our family. I have been in contact with him a few times after the sale (to set up Symanize appts) and he has been very helpful in taking care of my needs. We will purchase our future vehicles with Grand Ledge Ford because of salespeople like Karl. We highly recommend Grand Ledge Ford. More
Wonderful experience this week! I dread every time that I have to go out and buy a vehicle. It's not one of my favorite ventures. However, the staff at Grand Ledge Ford made the experience great...not once...not twice, but three times now over the past 7 years. They stand behind their sales and have gone the distance to address concerns. I have all my service done here too. Great service department and staff. It's personal...I am often greeted by name when I arrive. I highly recommend Grand Ledge Ford. More
The people at Grand Ledge Ford treat you with both courtesy and respect. They do not assume that you are stupid. I went to a much closer Ford dealer first (Courtesy Ford in Okemos)where I have purchased 4 previous times. They treated me as if I was an idiot. I drove many extra miles to visit Grand Ledge Ford who knew nothing about me. Within 1 hour I purchased a new Ford Escape. I was treated with both courtesy and respect. They offered a fair trade-in value for my 2004 ford Explorer (since I purchase on the "D" plan there is no negotiation on selling price of the purchase of the new vehicle). The salesman, Ross Ford, who makes very little money on a "D Plan" sale was outatanding. The F&I manager, explained how I could save money by taking rebates and refusing 0% financing. He was excellent. The owner, Mr. Merill even came out of his office and thanked me for driving many extra miles to visit his dealership. After buyig 4 vehicles at Courtey Ford, I've never even seen the General Manger there. Anyone located remotely close to Grand Ledge Ford is really making a mistake if they do not go to this dealership. I am so confident in my evaluation that I am willing to respond to anyone who has questions: email me at cooperm@bus.msu.edu. I can tell you much more. As a disclaimer, my brother is Ford dealer located over 750 miles from my locaion. I do not buy directly from him due to hassles related to titles, registration, etc. My positive review of Grand Ledge Ford has nothing at all to do with this relationship.. More
The recent purchase of my 2011 Ford Fiesta is the trird vehicle that I have purchased. Grand Ledge Ford is in my opinion the best dealer I have worked with. Their care and helpfulness is reminicent of th vehicle that I have purchased. Grand Ledge Ford is in my opinion the best dealer I have worked with. Their care and helpfulness is reminicent of the many good qualities that I experienced as a child 40 years ago. Very few dealerships have earned my trust and loyalty over the years. Grand Ledge Ford has done that and will be considered a part of my extended family for years to come. More
I used to own a VW Beetle and thought the service at that dealership was good because they would wash my car before I drove away. Then I bought a Mercury and was transferred to GL Ford when the dealership I dealership was good because they would wash my car before I drove away. Then I bought a Mercury and was transferred to GL Ford when the dealership I bought my car from closed. BEST TRANSFER EVER. Now, not only do I get great service on my car (including a car wash, thank you very much), but my baby son Tate and I are treated like friends when we go there! Everyone at GL Ford is so polite, friendly and thoughtful -- they clearly all love working there, because it shines through in how they treat their guests. I'm planning to get another car in the fall and a Ford it will be. I'm not leaving anytime soon with wonderful service like this. :o) More
