Even though we were purchasing not a Ford brand vehicle we still got really good service and the dealership tried their best to meet our time constraints. This was a first time visit to Grand Ledge Ford, and I have to say I was very impressed. I had been eyeing an Edge on their website, and finally decided to go take a look. I was directed to Karl Hofmeister, who set up a test drive. I let Karl know what my terms were, and he let me know up front that maybe this car wasn't in my price range. However, he took the time to find some comparable vehicles, and I tested those as well. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, was very friendly and did not pressure me at all. My husband and I discussed the cars over the weekend, and we decided that the Edge might possibly work after all. I filled out the credit app online (which was very simple), and Karl contacted me the next day. I let him know that if the car was still available, we were interested. He immediately checked the lot, let me know it was there and pulled the keys. I arrived after work, and bought the car I wanted. Karl was able to meet my trade-in needs and kept the payment reasonable. I could not have asked for a better experience. I have recommended Grand Ledge Ford to several friends and co-workers already.
