I called to make an appointment for service. I spoke with Philip and told him the problem. He could not get me in but scheduled an appointment for the following week and told me to stop by the dealersh with Philip and told him the problem. I stopped by the next day and Carl Heyzer came to check under my vehicle. It was in fact leaking and he suggested I get a rental as I was on my way out of town. They did not know how soon they could get to my vehicle but they promised to get to it asap. The following day I received the good news from Philip, they located the problem, fixed it and I could pick my 2011 Taurus up. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted cheerfully by Philip. My car was brought around front by Garrett. Not only was the outside of my vehicle clean, the tires were shiny, the inside vacuumed, the dash and windows were wiped down... far exceeding my expectations. I love great customer service!!
