Bought our vehicle from Grand Ledge Ford 2 years ago with an extended warranty. This month I had a problem with gas guage and engine light on. Took my '08 Escape in for a routine oil change and asked them to look at what I thought was my squeaky brakes. Turns out that my alignment was off and my tires needed to be replaced. Phil was great at giv them to look at what I thought was my squeaky brakes. Turns out that my alignment was off and my tires needed to be replaced. Phil was great at giving me all of my options and I feel I got a great deal on some quiet new tires. I lost my husband a year ago and he did all of the work on our vehicles, so it means a lot to be able to trust someone else to do the work now. I SO appreciate the complimentary shuttle service these guys have. Thanks Grand Ledge Ford! More

I am not sure if this is a dealer issue or a Ford Motor issue. It seems like all the dealers should have a first priority of getting Fords sold even if that means for another dealer has to trade a car they think they can sell. Maybe Ford needs to offer an incentive for dealers to trade vehicles. We did end up with a car we liked but it was not as close to what we originally were after as we had hoped. Overall I am satisfied with the dealer as they treated us as well as any other dealer I have purchased cars from - the salesperson actually demonstrated more compassion for the situation than any I have worked with before. Also once we made the deal on the car we traded in they stood by the price even though it was a few weeks later that the trade occurred. More

Our van suffered water damage to engine from flood situation. Phil attempted simpler repairs but they were unsuccessful, so the van needed a new engine. Randy Germain has been servicing our Fords for many years. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Phil Wright, the service adviser, keeps on top of things and communicates quickly and often ab years. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. My Edge recently broke down. The closest dealership wasn't Grand Ledge Ford. Their mechanics and service adviser told me that I needed three major parts replaced for a total of over $1000. It didn't pass the sniff test with me, so I called Randy and Phil. I brought the car to them. Although the car was throwing codes for all three parts, they suspected that just one was causing the problem. They called the engineers at Ford who told them which part was the most likely culprit. Randy replaced it and for less than $300, my car was fixed. I'm very grateful. They both go out of their way to provide top-notch service. I wouldn't go anywhere else! More

I purchased my Escape at a different Ford dealership, but have been coming to GL Ford for all my service. Because of the service I received from Phil Wright when dropping off, the shuttle to work on time in the morning by Richard McCarrick, and the thorough job done by Mike Fernholtz the mechanic, I will continue to come to GL Ford. I will also come when I am in the market for a new vehicle. If the sales staff are as nice as those in "Service", I know I will be treated fairly and will be given all the information I need to choose the right car for me. Thank you Phil, Richard, and Mike.
