I took my 2002 F-150 into the body shop for new tires, an oil change, and to replace the gas tank straps that had a recall. About a half an hour after I dropped off the truck, Phil called to let me know they weren't going to be able to complete the work that day (I took it late in the business day). He had a courtesy car ready for me to take overnight until they could complete the work. When I returned the next day to pick up my truck, the paperwork was ready to go and I was in and out. It couldn't have went more smoothly. Also, Julie at the checkout counter is about the sweetest and most friendly lady you would ever want to deal with. Hopefully, my truck doesn't break for awhile, but if it does, I will be back here for service. More

I had purchased a 2007 Ford Edge from Grand Ledge Ford, and noticed a few things needed some attention. I made a list, and an appointment to have them looked at. I called to make an appointment for service. I spoke with Philip and told him the problem. He could not get me in but scheduled an appointment for the following week and told me to stop by the dealersh with Philip and told him the problem. I stopped by the next day and Carl Heyzer came to check under my vehicle. It was in fact leaking and he suggested I get a rental as I was on my way out of town. They did not know how soon they could get to my vehicle but they promised to get to it asap. The following day I received the good news from Philip, they located the problem, fixed it and I could pick my 2011 Taurus up. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted cheerfully by Philip. My car was brought around front by Garrett. Not only was the outside of my vehicle clean, the tires were shiny, the inside vacuumed, the dash and windows were wiped down... far exceeding my expectations. I love great customer service!!
