I brought my Mercury Mariner in for an oil change at 4:00pm in hopes of also having my windshield washer fixed as it was not dispensing any cleaning fluid. Although, the mechanic Mike Fernholtz was able to diagnose a failed pump as the problem, the late hour prevented the dealership from replacing the pump that night. No problem. Phil Wright the service rep. put me into a courtesy car and phoned me the next day when the repair was complete. I appreciate the committed and friendly service I received from Phil, Mike and cashier Julie BeVier, as they did a fantastic job in making this vehicle issue as painless as possible. More

I started out by dropping my car off a day before my scheduled appointment and even though I messed up, they were able to work my car in a day early. He even provided me with options to minimize the amount of money I would have to spend(there were several things needing to be done) by prioratizing the repairs. I purchased this vehicle under difficult conditions I found myself in. My old car was way past its usefulness and was costing me large amounts of money to keep it running. My husband had some body work done at Grand Ledge Ford a few years back, he was very satisfied and he encouraged me to go to G.L. Ford. I met and worked with Chris and Judy, they directed me to just the right vehicle. The entire experience was a pleasure, the 2009 Ford Escape is the perfect vehicle for us at this time. Gloria. More
I took my 2002 F-150 into the body shop for new tires, an oil change, and to replace the gas tank straps that had a recall. About a half an hour after I dropped off the truck, Phil called to let me know they weren't going to be able to complete the work that day (I took it late in the business day). He had a courtesy car ready for me to take overnight until they could complete the work. When I returned the next day to pick up my truck, the paperwork was ready to go and I was in and out. It couldn't have went more smoothly. Also, Julie at the checkout counter is about the sweetest and most friendly lady you would ever want to deal with. Hopefully, my truck doesn't break for awhile, but if it does, I will be back here for service. More

I had purchased a 2007 Ford Edge from Grand Ledge Ford, and noticed a few things needed some attention. I made a list, and an appointment to have them looked at.
