I needed to get out of my Envoy and into something cheaper. I statred at another dealership, where I was constantly asked to put more money down, which I didn't have. I went into GL Ford very upset & cheaper. I statred at another dealership, where I was constantly asked to put more money down, which I didn't have. Our family recently had need for some minor body work on a Flex due to an accident, and I was quite impressed with the quality and speed of the repair. I do believe it looks better now than when it was new. I also was surprised and impressed they took the time to 'detail' the outside of the car before returning it to us. This type of service makes a difference. I am very glad I took it to this shop, and after several positive experiences (sales, service, and body shop) would not consider taking our vehicle anywhere else. This really is a full service facility with no weak links in the chain. More
