Had my new 2025 Bronco in for my first service- oil change, tire rotation and a recall. Was first disappointed that I couldn’t get a Saturday appointment for this. So I had taken time out of my work day to complete the task to find out they couldn’t get the recall done in the appointment time so I had to make another one. They did offer to pick it up and drop it off which is a nice service but puts extra miles on my new vehicle. When my Bronco was returned I expected it to at least be washed, it wasn’t. And the delivery driver told me my “Jeep was beautiful”… ok… picked up from Ford and says Bronco all over it… ok cool… All in all not completely happy with the service here- All the little things from purchase time until now I’d definitely say shop around! I’m definitely someone that notices the details. More
I always enjoy going for service at Morrie’s. I take the car right into the service center, go up to the service desk, check the car in with a service person who greets me with a smile and checks I take the car right into the service center, go up to the service desk, check the car in with a service person who greets me with a smile and checks me in. I go in, have a delicious hot drink, text on my phone, and he comes in, goes over what they found and sends me on my way. If it isn’t icy, my car gets washed. The whole thing took less than an hour, and a few days later, I received a short video showing me the actual service they did on the car. Nothing to it. It’s easy fast and enjoyable More
The service people were very easy to work with and took good care of care of my needs on my truck. They remember to take off my birthday $25 off card.
