While easy to make an appointment, after I dropped my car off at 7:50 am for a less than 1/2 day recall issue and an oil change, they never called to let me know my car was ready. We showed up at 4:30 and they were still doing an oil change. They did not seem at all prepared to help us. Then told me my Michelin tires with only 27,000 miles on them were “nearly bald”. Since we bought the vehicle new from Morrie’s Buffalo we asked to have them look into whether we had defective tires. We have received absolutely no follow up to that issue. Completely unimpressed by this service. Not trustworthy advice. More
It seems they make too many appointments and cant get your car done. I waited all day, no one called me. I called at the end of my work day, and was told it wouldn't be done that day. There was a Ford recall on our F150. Morries handled everything very well! The appointment was easy to schedule. The drop off was easy. Called twice to check on my 2021 Lincoln when it was in the shop last week. I was told someone would call me back with an update. No one called. It wasn’t til the the morning I received a call saying my ve the shop last week. I was told someone would call me back with an update. No one called. It wasn’t til the the morning I received a call saying my vehicle was done. I brought it in for the passenger seat to be looked at. The back of the seat was coming apart. Brought it home and a few days later the seat back is not all the way together again. Seems to be not staying clipped together. Dissatisfied on lack of communication when my car was in the shop for the whole day and then to have the same issue a few days later More

Aaron in the service department was terrible to work with, took 5 weeks to get some A/C lines done with very few updates throughout. He tried to charge me for an alignment after I told him not to do one with, took 5 weeks to get some A/C lines done with very few updates throughout. He tried to charge me for an alignment after I told him not to do one and that the vehicle had just had one a few months prior. After 2 weeks had gone by he told me he could not get a hold of my warranty company, I called one time and sat on hold for 12 minutes to get the claim started myself. Aarons customer service was the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I will never be back to Buffalo morries More
