Took my F150 in for warranty work and oil change. I thought about telling this idiot, I brought it to Ford the manufacturer to fix. Not to be told that you weren't sure it was going to get fix. Get your crap together Morrie's. On top of that this idiot took 30 mins just to locate my ticket and key then took another 15 trying to ring up the discount that themselves sent to me. This place is a JOKE. Over all my experience is great with Buffalo ford service. My only complaint this time was- I specifically told them what was wrong I had already had it diagnosed - they brought it in, said it wasn’t service. My only complaint this time was- I specifically told them what was wrong I had already had it diagnosed - they brought it in, said it wasn’t that- but another part.. kept the car for a week to only call me and say it was not that… but you guessed it… the part I TOLD them it was originally. And of course that one wasn’t in and had to be ordered. I finally got my vehicle back at 10 days. But like I said- over all they’re great. I got a loaner- no questions asked. They were very good with communication- and Mickey in service was stellar at his job. They even were kind enough to put gas in my car when I called and asked because I dropped it off at E and with subzero temps moving in I didn’t want it sitting outside on E. I’ll continue using ford service. 5 stars over all- ❄️ More
