The dealer took care of my issue in a timely matter based on the parts that were needed and kept it overnight, but I think something transpired, which they had no control over somehow my right rear passenger on the parts that were needed and kept it overnight, but I think something transpired, which they had no control over somehow my right rear passenger floor mat disappeared. Big question ? This issue was addressed but we can’t put a timeline on it when I made the appointment my vehicle set in a locked garage locked up for two weeks no usage but to say the least we are looking to get this resolved. my vehicle gets washed had a car wash and I do all the vacuuming self service with automated washing hand dried by me so I’m not sure what the heck happened it was a factory floor mat. Brent took good care of me. I got this job expedited and to meet my satisfaction so I’m sure he’s concerned too about this item disappearing other than that I feel confident that this dealership and their staff are still a good choice.
