After 3 days of my truck being there after my appointment, they had still not looked at it and there was no communication of the status. We brought our Edge in for service on a Friday. We had an appointment and informed the service department that we could not leave the car over the weekend. When I picked up the car, having never even been looked at, the service writer was very apologetic and assured me that I would be called on Monday and that they would definitely make it right. Today, 1 month later, I have never received any communication whatsoever. I will definitely need to find a different service provider. More

We scheduled a recall repair. We were told they didn’t have enough room for us to drop it off the night before. When we dropped it off the day of they then told us they wouldn’t h We were told they didn’t have enough room for us to drop it off the night before. They called us the next day and told us the parts for the recall were on national backorder. Thank you for wasting my time. More
