Made an appointment for 10am. Dropped my car or before they opened and put my keys in the drop box. Unlike most other dealerships, they don't waive these fees when you decide to proceed with the service, which felt like an unnecessary extra cost. Overall, the pricing structure left much to be desired, and it made the whole experience less than impressive. More

Scheduling seems to never work well at this dealership. I Scheduled an oil change with the Ford app and got a confirmation email that it was Scheduled. However, Morries did not show me on their schedule when I got there. They were able to fit me in, so I was happy about that. But if I call for a simple oil change, they are booked out at least a week. I typically go somewhere else if that's the case. More
