My family has purchased 4 cars from this dealership but when I needed to replace mine the last time, there was a shortage of the model I wanted so I purchased elsewhere. The “Quick Service” lane was slow and expensive. I made an appointment for 7:30am. I arrived a few minutes early hoping I could get in right away. No other cars were being were being serviced at the time I arrived. I waited close to 30 minutes for them to bring my car in for an oil change & tire rotation the cost was $108.xx. I’ve used another dealership in the area for the same service, my car was taken in at my set appointment time and it was a third less the cost of Morries Ford. I went to Morries last fall and had an even worse experience with delays that I’m not going to get into. Out of convenience and I believe second chances, I decided to them another try, in my opinion they failed. I will be not be retuning to this dealership for service. More

Tom Ryan went above and beyond to help me with my moms car! He helped me to find out her car was under a service bulletin which was amazing as I was told prior to bringing it to Morrie’s that she needed a car!
