Morries in Buffalo is my dealership. Has been for 30 years. Mostly because of the sales team. I gotta be honest though, the service team needs a lot of work. It is impossible to schedule a service for anything. I’ve made appointments just to show up and all of a sudden not have an appointment any longer. I totally blame the corporate phone system. Not the dealership. I’ve shown up for appointments and been told “oh we don’t have the time or staff to do that today”. So frustrating to drive a 1/2 hour for nothing. I’ll continue to shop there, but am close to going elsewhere for service. More
