This dealership offers below average customer service and their internal communication is horrendous at best. They ask you what you want, then ignore it and do whatever they feel like doing. You tell one employee what you want, don't get it, and another calls you asking how everything went; when you explain it to them all they do is say sorry they didn't know. Long time customer of this dealership but seriously questioning that loyalty now. More

Poor communication. I dropped off my truck in early am for recall work. I was asked by Adam to confirm my phone number. He said he would keep me posted on my truck. I never heard from the dealership again the 1st day.I called mid morning the second day and was rolled into Adams voicemail and I left a message. I waited a couple of hours and still heard nothing so I called again and had to leave another message. I called and left a message with the service manager to call me on his voicemail and he never responded. Adam called me while I was making arrangements because I was without my vehicle. He said he thought he had called me and said he must not have. He said they had not even started on my truck even though they had already had it a day and a half. He said they would maybe get it done on day 2 if they could move someone from their other side. I felt like he thought he was doing me a favor by getting my truck finished in 2 days. I read some other reviews on your dealership and someone a couple of weeks ago wrote a review that sounded exactly like what happened to me with Adam. Communication is key because I know stuff happens and dealerships have to move things around. But the dealership has to understand that customers have to change things around as far as transportation when things don't go to plan. When there is no communication it leaves the customer hanging. It's funny how the dealership send me great communication (5 emails and 2 text messages) to make sure I bring my truck in for the appointment on time, but cannot communicate once they get your vehicle More
