I had an appointment for my truck and was told the work would take about an hour. I was asked if I was going to wait for it or just come back and pick it up. I told them I would come back. I never got a phone call telling me the work was completed. I came back 6 hours later assuming it was done and they told me they had not even taken the truck into the shop. I was told I would have to bring it back the next day. This was supposed to take an hour. The next day I dropped it off at 10am and again they didn’t take the truck in until 3pm. After I paid for the service, I got the truck home and can’t tell if they actually did anything. I might have paid for nothing and been scammed. More

I took my vehicle in which was a 2022 Ford Explorer, ST with a wind noise coming at the drivers side head. I requested a test ride with a service rep, and we both heard the noise.
