Customer service was friendly and efficient. It was a nice surprise to have my car run through the car wash and clean. Surprisingly they did the recall with no pressure sales when handing me my paperwork. I am seriously considering switching service providers if their regular maintenance costs are the same as the person I've been using the 12 years. More

The service department lacks communication. I felt that my vehicle was forgotten about until I kept calling in. I had an appointment for my truck and was told the work would take about an hour. I was asked if I was going to wait for it or just come back and pick it up. I told them I would come back. I never got a phone call telling me the work was completed. I came back 6 hours later assuming it was done and they told me they had not even taken the truck into the shop. I was told I would have to bring it back the next day. This was supposed to take an hour. The next day I dropped it off at 10am and again they didn’t take the truck in until 3pm. After I paid for the service, I got the truck home and can’t tell if they actually did anything. I might have paid for nothing and been scammed. More
