Worst vehicle repair experience in my life! ! Took 4 weeks to get an appointment then I sat for 1.5 hrs for ride home once i was informed it would take the day. Truck sat over weekend, calls on ! Truck sat over weekend, calls on 7th day were never returned so got a ride to speak to service manager in person. He didn't have time for me but another nice man helped. Recall work I presume got done but spent over $600 for mostly diagnostics and a new battery but repair to SYNC would have cost near $2k just to have my phone connect! Bought my 2015 F150 from this Morrie's Buffalo Ford and was happy then but service got a lot worse since. Not happy, not acceptable!! More

The sales team is top notch but we will never use the service dept again. Zero communication, had to leave voice mails, emails and text just hoping someone would call back, the work done was half assed a service dept again.
