This service experience was one of the worst experiences I have had. We bought oil changes when we bought our brand new vehicle last spring (so within the past year). We called to schedule an oil change as I have had. We bought oil changes when we bought our brand new vehicle last spring (so within the past year). We called to schedule an oil change as well as gave them look at some chrome that was bubbling inside the vehicle. We were not told when we scheduled the appt or when we dropped the vehicle off that the appt time was just to get “in line” and that it would take up to 72 hours to look at. We were surprised to find this out when we called that afternoon to get an update. When we questioned why we weren’t told about that and if they had suggestions on what we were supposed to do since there were no courtesy cars and we needed a car, they said no. Honestly shocked at the poor service and lack of communication- especially since we just spent $70k there on a new vehicle this past year. Lesson learned for our future purchases. More
