I have had the same issue with my truck since about 10,000 miles and now has 95,000 and I’m still showing the same issues with the deaf system. Of course it’s not under warranty because every time some 10,000 miles and now has 95,000 and I’m still showing the same issues with the deaf system. Of course it’s not under warranty because every time something happens it’s a different issue I recently just had the entire death system deleted and don’t expect to have any problems, I’ve spent way more money on the system that Ford should be fixing for free. I’m not the only one with these issues. More

Had my truck scheduled and they had to push me back a week which then I had to get my truck towed to the dealership and I dropped it off 2 days before it was scheduled but they didn’t look at it til a we week which then I had to get my truck towed to the dealership and I dropped it off 2 days before it was scheduled but they didn’t look at it til a week later got the part got the wrong part so my truck was in the shop for a month which they never have a loaner car available so I had to pay for a enterprise loaner and the communication between me and the advisor sucked there was barely any they won’t answer or they will say I will call you back which ends up being til end of the day which I had to call them back and I had to miss 40 hours of work cause they kept promising my truck will be done that day and I got the truck back it had a rough idle they mentioned some parts but they didn’t say it was causing the problem so I had to get it diagnosed again and pay for it and they claim they decided to give me a lower hourly rate but it was the same price as what they said it would cost 3 weeks before they said “they gave me discount” the techs are great but the communication with the advisors not great at all More
