Terrible service - dropped truck off for recall service 5/22. Call to check on it tech said couldn’t help. Called back 23rd and tech said she’ll call me back. No call back again. Not only do they make actual visit appointments (unlike Minnetonka), they proactively called and offered a mobile tech to come out. He did and all was taken care of without any inconvenience to us. I bought a tunnel cover through Ford using my points and $1200.00. That was way over priced. I found out later I could have bought same one at a topper place for only $800.00. I should have done my research before I bought it from Ford. Right after it was put on I showed the guy that put it on that the seal was coming off. He just shrugged and said it would be fine. Then it fell off & got caught between the tail gate & tunnel cover & my tail gate would not shut. So then I showed the service writter it fell off & he said he had to order part through Ford. 3 weeks later I called to get status. He said opps, I forgot to order it and need to take pictures of it for warranty work. So I brought my truck in for him to take pictures. Then he had to go to Ford for approval on warranty work. Called after a week & he said still waiting for approval from ford. More
