The quality of people and service is of utmost importance and I was ready to leave Morrie’s, after bring a customer since 1989 before you changed your service personnel. i had my 2019 Flex in several times and the people said it was fixed, but it continued not starting, key fobs went dead, carplay would quit (usually when I was travelling). Would not recommend. No information was givin on the truck. Just given a few words on the few questions I could come up with. Had to wait for a scheduled test drive beca No information was givin on the truck. Just given a few words on the few questions I could come up with. Had to wait for a scheduled test drive because only one guy was scheduled to work while everyone else sat around. Truck had engine light on a during test drive, stalled out and had to limp it back. I wanted the truck but had to wait to get fixed/detailed so they put other work in front of mine (waiting for parts ha). The guy texting me Ryan responded to my text when it was beneficial to him. He needed another day for my truck to be worked on so he conveniently told me he'd check the shop and get ahold of me, the time was 2:34pm. 3:44 he asks what my schedule is like for next day. I promptly text him back I'm open to w.e. later at 5:15 he asks if 11 or 12 the next day would work? I said 11. He knew i had to drive 40min to get there so I couldn't just come pick it up at 6. He said he would have truck ready and detailed for me. Next day at 9:45 got a text there working on the detail "they should be close to done at 11 but probably be fully finished and ready at 12pm. Even though i said 11 the previous day through text (xxx). What a xxxxxx rush job that was. Buffing compound all over my truck not wiped off. xxxxty shampoo job. Can pull aside my cushion on drivers seat and see food smooshed into cloth. A doritos chip not even vacuumed up. What a joke. My friends saw this and what an embarrassment. Told them never to buy from there. Will be putting this on your Facebook page as well. People need to read what a shobby place morries buffalo ford really is. Did not feel welcomed or even a like a customer. More
