Made an appointment for 10am. Dropped my car or before they opened and put my keys in the drop box. When I went to pick up the car at 4pm, they hadn’t even started because the per Dropped my car or before they opened and put my keys in the drop box. When I went to pick up the car at 4pm, they hadn’t even started because the person who checks the drop box was off that day. Ended up having to wait a half hour for them to complete the oil change and tire rotation. More
