The “Quick Service” lane was slow and expensive. I made an appointment for 7:30am. I arrived a few minutes early hoping I could get in right away. No other cars were being were being serviced at the time I arrived. I waited close to 30 minutes for them to bring my car in for an oil change & tire rotation the cost was $108.xx. I’ve used another dealership in the area for the same service, my car was taken in at my set appointment time and it was a third less the cost of Morries Ford. I went to Morries last fall and had an even worse experience with delays that I’m not going to get into. Out of convenience and I believe second chances, I decided to them another try, in my opinion they failed. I will be not be retuning to this dealership for service. More

My family has purchased 4 cars from this dealership but when I needed to replace mine the last time, there was a shortage of the model I wanted so I purchased elsewhere.
