Amber knew her job in selling a car. We had the best experience working with each other. She was very clear on all things about the car. I would buy another car at Morrie's if she was the sales person experience working with each other. She was very clear on all things about the car. I would buy another car at Morrie's if she was the sales person. I started this process 4 months ago she never was in a hurry for me to buy. She always treated me the same when ever I came in to look at the car (2010 Ford Taurus LTD) even though it took so long to buy. I give her best rating possible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! John Powers More

I purchased a brand new Explorer from this dealership and had a wonderful buying experience. -- However, a fault in the steering mechanism of the vehicle kept me coming back for service MANY times over the c had a wonderful buying experience. -- However, a fault in the steering mechanism of the vehicle kept me coming back for service MANY times over the course of the two years I had the vehicle. At the 5th time, I asked to speak with the GM who assured me that he would get the issue resolved. -- After 6 more service visits, I tried to pursue the Lemon Law to resolve the issue. Upon hearing of this, Mark called me and YELLED AT ME for not giving him enough attempts to fix the vehicle. He used VERY foul language and spoke in a tone that was anything but professional. --- I encourage anyone considering working with this dealership to avoid it at all costs. More
