I purchased my car at a different Morrie's and was told I could get the free car washes from the Buy Happy program from the Buffalo Morrie's Ford, since that is closer to where I live. When I walked into the could get the free car washes from the Buy Happy program from the Buffalo Morrie's Ford, since that is closer to where I live. When I walked into the service department to get a car wash, I was ignored. I tried to get someone's attention for a few minutes and finally started to walk out. Then someone paid attention and checked to see what I wanted. The Morrie's I bought my car at always dries the car off without asking. The Buffalo Morrie's gave me my car back dripping wet (in winter) with a bent license plate and bent license plate holder and to top it off, some of the change I had in my coin holder was missing! I would rather drive almost an hour to the Brooklyn Park Morrie's for better and friendlier service. I figure if they (Buffalo) can't wash a car without damaging it, completing the job, and taking my change, there is NO way I am going to have them touch anything else on my car. I do not recommend this dealer! More

I had a great experience at the Morries Buffalo Ford. My sales rep Rudy was so easy to work with. There was no pressure to purchase and he was able to find me a 5 speed in a Focus with heated seats. For me, buying a car is very overwhelming due to my lack of knowledge in the process. Rudy took time to answer all my questions and explained it in terms I could understand. I walked in to Morrie's to buy a Ford Fusion after research of other cars.I live in Buffalo, MN. Brian(RUDY)Rudoloph was the first person to welcome me and help me. I told him I wanted a Fusion and we sat down and went over options, price, etc. I told him what color,engine,options,etc.that I wanted. They did not have one there but he said he would find one and contact me. Within a few days to a week he called and told me he thinks he found one I would be interesed in. He is very nice,friendly,helpful, professional and honest upfront.It was a good car buying experience compared to some I have had. I ordered the car and it took a couple weeks but he kept in contact with me everyday. Actually everyone at this dealership was very nice, and my financing went very smooth, no hidden costs and all my questions answered very throughly.I was out of there in less then a couple hours. I had ordered heated seats and remote start extra and Morrie's did the installation and did a very nice job. I would reccomend Morrie's to anyone. More

I purchased a brand new Explorer from this dealership and had a wonderful buying experience. -- However, a fault in the steering mechanism of the vehicle kept me coming back for service MANY times over the c had a wonderful buying experience. -- However, a fault in the steering mechanism of the vehicle kept me coming back for service MANY times over the course of the two years I had the vehicle. At the 5th time, I asked to speak with the GM who assured me that he would get the issue resolved. -- After 6 more service visits, I tried to pursue the Lemon Law to resolve the issue. Upon hearing of this, Mark called me and YELLED AT ME for not giving him enough attempts to fix the vehicle. He used VERY foul language and spoke in a tone that was anything but professional. --- I encourage anyone considering working with this dealership to avoid it at all costs. More
