After 2 days and $667 we left with nothing fixed. Conversation overheard between service reps deciding to put on new part on another vehicle in service rather than refund money. Felt high level of dishonesty. Another lady came into service department asking for quote on dent. First service rep quoted her a price and second rep increased the quote substantially. Same as they did for us earlier. They spent 5 hours trying to remove bolt on our pickup. Wanted us to give them approval to ruin our turbo to get bolt out. We told them no. Told them we would drive the vehicle home and have it fixed there. We asked them to give us pictures of what they found to show our local mechanic who Morries defamed in an attempt to further their work. They did nothing and charged us $667, One time traveling we had problems, stopped into dealership in Utah. They fixed it and wouldn't charge us. What a difference in dealerships. Would never recommend Morries dealership! After returning home we had our pickup serviced by a local business. The bolt in question came right out within minutes. We were there when they removed it. It was not stainless steel as Morries told us and it was not cross threaded. Morries told us EGR delete kit was illegal, but it is not in Nebraska where we live. Our local serviceman repaired our vehicle and we had it back within a day. Morries have called us and wanted to refund us one hour of labor in return for us not vocalizing this complaint. We refused. I am a very satisfied customer. First off, I would like to say that I am a teacher and was a single mother for 7 years (in other words...no money). I was driving around an old car (2001 Honda) that liter to say that I am a teacher and was a single mother for 7 years (in other words...no money). I was driving around an old car (2001 Honda) that literally has the side mirror duct taped on to the car, not to mention being well used by my dogs. It runs great and no car payment made me think that I would really be driving my Honda forever. I would have been embarrassed if I wasn't a teacher and every car in the school parking lot looked like mine:) I never thought something as beautiful and loaded ( 2011 Ford Edge) would ever be something I could have. I decided that I have earned my right to a new car and just thought I would look around. The Ford Edge always caught my eye and I thought I would try for one, dream a little. When I saw on the internet that even the used ones that had all the features that I desired were out of my price range I almost gave up. Luckily I saw that Morrie's Buffalo Ford ( 50 miles away from my house) had several Ford Edges that were loaded with amazing comforts and were in my price range. I almost thought this seems too good to be true, my 3 top the Edges all were at Morrie's so I thought to make the drive and look at them. I did imagine Morrie's Buffalo Ford to be some sort of low grade xxxx hole for offering prices that seemed too good to be true, but it wasn't. It is a beautiful dealership that was filled with people looking at cars. I was helped by Tim Aamot who could not have been kinder or more patient. I was extremely nervous to be spending any money at all. Of the three that were my top choices, two had been sold but the one that was left was the one I really wanted. After a test drive we noticed that car vibrated a bit and Tim immediately said that it would be fixed and was probably just the tires needing a simple rotation. He was very patient as I thought it over and even called with more questions. The car was fixed, I picked it up in two days with a very smooth and easy purchase transaction. The car runs like a dream, is so wonderful to look at and full of fun features that I can use to make all my friends insanely jealous...what more could a girl want?? Don't hesitate to go to Morrie's to buy a car any time, it was so easy and Tim was really the best you could get. Thank so much for making my year! More
Made the 3 hour trip to Morries of Buffalo to purchase a F-250 Super Crew. Made contact a couple of times with sales person and explained I was making a long trip to look at a used truck that was on Morrie F-250 Super Crew. Sales person said he looked the truck over and assured me it was nice. Well.... I arrived for my 9am appointment and had to wait 35 minutes for the sales person. Then he took me to a truck that looked like they got it from the local salvage yard. Not kidding. This truck was JUNK. The tailgate wouldn't even work. Informed that this was not the truck on the web add. No apology or even an explanation. WILL NEVER GO BACK! More
We purchased a very nice truck form Morrie's. The problem was with the lying from the salesperson. They offered us $3000.00 on trade for our car. We were able to get that up to $3500.00. We were told they could only get about $5000.00 for the car if they were lucky. Now they have it listed for nearly $8000.00. Steve told us they try to make only about $800 per used car. That's a lie, they are trying to make $4500.00 on our trade. I know they need to make a profit, but it could be done without the lying. After we set up financing I asked Steve what they were going to do about the passenger power seat not working and I was basically ignored. After the sale you are nobody! They could have easily given us a fair trade for our car, but they chose to lie to us instead. Our trade was a 2005 Pacifica with 124,000 miles and it was in really good shape. Yes Morries screwed us and yes, I should have known better. More
I was stuck in a lease that I wasn't happy with on a 2012 F-150. Curt took alot of time and effort to find the used F-150 I was interested in and gave me some options to choose from. After getting stonewalled by four other dealers around southern Minnesota and receiving no help, no follow up, or just indifference, it was nice to be treated with respect and care. I will be buying future vehicles from Morrie's Ford! Well worth the 75 mile drive to trade and buy! More
I went and test drove a car, and was told at 8:30pm should not be a problem to Finance you with a 1000 down at all come back and take the car for the night! Then I get a call the next day 4:30pm come on in, woo hoo the car is mine! Wait not so fast sorry but you need to put 3300 down. I laughed and though he was playing he said nope I'm not playing! I said I want to finance a car not pay for the thing out right! So all I'm saying is don't get your hopes up and leave the car their told they put papers in front of you! So morrie's you suck! My sales guys were great and it was there crappy used car manager that got my hopes up I should have known because their was a guy in there with the same problem! That used car manager should have known ASAP that it was not going to work. That would have been my 4th car for them! NOT ANYMORE I would rather walk then buy a car from them! More

Do not go to this dealership!! They will not keep their word!! We put down a deposit on one of the new 2013 Fusion Hybrids they had. After test driving the car we determined that we wanted to buy it. However, we needed some time first to sell our current car since they would not give us a realistic value on our trade-in. We agreed that if it took too long we would come and buy the Fusion before we had sold our car and asked for a week or two. They agreed to that. Then all of a sudden I get an e-mail that they sold our car without informing us. They did not want to sell us the car from the beginning because I have X-Plan pricing and they knew that they could sell the Fusion Hybrid at sticker price or above because of high demand. Chad Erickson was awful to work with and very disrespectful in evaluating the vehicle we were looking to trade-in. I spoke to him on the phone the day before they sold our Fusion and he told me that they weren't going to do that. I have filed a complaint with Ford about this dealership. STAY AWAY!!! More
