Great Experience at Morrie's I have not purchased a car in years and had trepidation just thinking about going through the process. When I walked into Morrie’s Kim Johnson greete I have not purchased a car in years and had trepidation just thinking about going through the process. When I walked into Morrie’s Kim Johnson greeted me and within a few short minutes had managed to take the “scary” out of the car buying process. Kim listened to my wish list, respected my budget and found me the exact car that I wanted. As I was purchasing a used vehicle this was quite a challenge! Kim was incredible….she listened to my feedback on each car and adjusted as requested. I never felt any pressure to make a purchase decision, only support in the pursuit of finding the right vehicle for me. I LOVE my new vehicle and for the first time ever can say I enjoyed the entire purchasing process. More

Great purchase and experience. I called about a used truck on the internet. Drove 1 hour to see it. Got a decent deal on my trade in and got some of the extras I requested. The day I called about a used truck on the internet. Drove 1 hour to see it. Got a decent deal on my trade in and got some of the extras I requested. The day after my purchase I had a problem with my used truck. I called Mike and he sent a driver to my place of work to get the truck, had it fixed and brought it back fixed the same day. All that and I work over an hour from Buffalo. Morries goes out of their way to make a sale and they follow up on them. Will be back to buy again! More

Tim was very friendly and made me feel at ease as this was my first purchase from a dealership. My entire experience rating would have been much higher except that during and after the buying process, I was my first purchase from a dealership. My entire experience rating would have been much higher except that during and after the buying process, I had several concerns that needed to be taken care of but I was unable to have them taken care of at another Morries which would have been much more convenient considering I drive over an hour to get to Buffalo. I am a bit dismayed overall as to how I could have misunderstood how the Buy Happy promise works. It was my understanding that I would be taken care of at any Morries I choose to go to. More
