The Whole Team is Superb I bought my new car in July 2014, there was a factory recall that needed to be fixed. I set my appointment and also needed an oil change. I was in a I bought my new car in July 2014, there was a factory recall that needed to be fixed. I set my appointment and also needed an oil change. I was in and out in about an hour. I sat in their Customer Lounge used their Guest WIFI and did my work while my car was being taken care of. Everyone greeted me and asked if I needed anything else while I was waiting. I bought the car from JR in July so we chatted about a used car for my daughter, I picked out what I thought she would love and they let me drive it to her. If it would not have been a 5 speed we would have purchased it but she was nervous about driving a stick. We will be back!!! More

They had just gotten it on a trade and it hadn't even been detailed! I asked Mike to compare prices of like vehicles in the area which he did promptly. Though the car wasn't ready to show Mike was willing to let me go for a test drive. When I arrived the car was right by the front door.
