Considering this I decided to schedule an oil change appointment and was told by Shawn that with a scheduled appt it would take about 40-45 mins. With a scheduled appointment that is a bit long but since I have the "Buy Happy" oil package my options are limited without paying out extra cash. I planned on 45 minutes. I got there on time, checked in and sat down. We (my wife and I) checked in with Bryce. After about 20 minutes I overheard the two guys behind the desk going over the paperwork saying that one of the service guys TJ (or similar sounding name) had taken back the wrong car and it was put ahead of others who were waiting. I looked up and noticed that it appeared that I was the person who was "waiting" as my car had not moved. I didn't say anything but watched as they jockeyed my car with another one that was already in the bay. So I continued to sit patiently. While sitting there I asked Bryce if it would be possible for my car to be washed after the service work and he promptly said it sure. So we sat, and sat, and sat. Finally after about an hour and fifteen minutes, I stood up and walked out of the waiting room and walked towards the service bay to see if my car was still on the lift. To my surprise it was still sitting on the hoist but there was nobody around it. Finally after about 3-4 minutes I saw a service tech walk underneath my car and began to drain the oil from under the hood. That is correct, after and hour and fifteen minutes after my scheduled appointment they were just starting the oil change. I walked back into the waiting room and sat down. I told my wife about what I had just seen and Bryce caught on that I was not happy. Bryce told me he was going to go check on the status of my car and I responded that I knew where they were... just starting it. A short time later Bryce came back and said they were almost done. He offered me a car wash code for a nearby car wash as it would be faster and he knew I wanted to get going. Finally, after nearly 1.5 hours I had my car back, minus the car wash. The thing that bothers me most is that I am tied into my oil change package for the time being so I have no choice (again without paying additional money) but to complete my package and then move on to a more organized shop that will not waste my time. I should have been out of there no more than 30 minutes. What is the point of having an appointment if is still takes 1.5 hours and I am not really saving much money. Once my purchased package is up I will certainly for pay the extra $5 and go to the nearby Valvoline and get in and out in 20 minutes or less. I get it if I was just a drive up and they were busy and I had to wait for an open time slot. But to have an appointment and to turn a simple oil change into what I experienced is unacceptable. Bryce was a good guy and I have no problems with him. It is the unorganized and inefficient way that service department is ran. More

We were able to test drive the vehicles we wanted to and even though it was closing time, Jim went above and beyond to be very accommodating for us. We were able to call him on Saturday morning and make a deal on the Ford Escape that we wanted. Jim and Aaron were very helpful to us and made our experience a good one. We had a recent tragedy in our family and they were very kind and understanding while trying to make the right decisions. They did not pressure us and explained everything very well. I would totally recommend Jim and Aaron as a great team to work with!! More
Smooth and easy purchase After having test driven a lot of cars at a lot of dealerships we knew we wanted a Ford. When we pulled in to Morrie's Ford of Buffalo we found a lar After having test driven a lot of cars at a lot of dealerships we knew we wanted a Ford. When we pulled in to Morrie's Ford of Buffalo we found a large selection of used cars and were excited that we could quickly rule out a couple of models we did not like. Once we knew we wanted an Escape we found a good selection of choices we liked. It did not take long for us to settle on the one we wanted. Our Salesman Jeff Kamin was great about letting us try a lot of cars and was great about cleaning it up and showing us all of the features and options. He also helped us to get a good deal on new tires since the used ones were going to need to be changed out soon. This is our second vehicle from a Morrie's dealer ship and so far we have been pleased with the experience of car shopping with them. More

We were able to test drive without escorts, there was no pressure, no steering. Amber listened to what we asked and was very personable. She gave us the time we needed to discuss between ourselves purchasing the 'fun car' or the 'practical car' and how to buy them both (which we did). The finance guy (Ryan) was very thorough and explained everything and found us a good rate so we could drive the 'fun car' home that day. Brett was a very personable but professional manager and had good relationship with everyone. We would highly recommend this dealership to our friends and family....hands down! The entire process only took probably an hour and she even took the time to explain all the cars features. Out of all the dealerships that my fiancé and I had been to we were shocked out how personable they made our experience. Amber actually talked to us like we were people and not just a sale, she talked to us about our experience trying to find a car, our jobs, and even the radio stations that we liked. I know the next time my fiancé and I are looking for a new vehicle we will be going back to Morrie's Buffalo Ford and talking to Amber. More
