I was able to locate & purchase the vehicle I recently purchased a used vehicle from Morries Ford Buffalo. I was extremely impressed to say the least! I was able to locate & purchase the vehicle for a fair price that I was willing to pay. What led me to making the purchase was the awesome salesman I had, James Durnan. Found out, we had lots in common. He took the time to know me! He even spent some time talking with my 80 yr. old mother about college. They both attended the same university. Above and beyond folks!! Nice to know the there are still people that value the human touch! I'll be back!! More

Quick service, friendly staff I was greeted quickly, actually outside the doors. A friendly salesman helped me test drive the used truck I had come to look at. I liked the truck, I was greeted quickly, actually outside the doors. A friendly salesman helped me test drive the used truck I had come to look at. I liked the truck, so we worked out the details with the finance dept., and I was on my way with my truck in about 2 hours. Great people, obvious that customer service is a priority here.
