A group of guys that came together as one and had one goal in mind...pleasing me and doing everything they could to make the experience as smooth, easy and as fast as possible! SCORE for me!!! It all started with Alan Gonzalez...he greeted me, introduced himself...asked me a few questions and got to the point, that's what I like!!! Looked around the lot, drove a few cars while he listened to me talk about my kids and making Mexican food... Whether or not he was interested, he acted like it :) told him I would be back tomorrow. Well you know all too well no sales person wants to hear that, but I kept my word not because I was totally sold on the cars I had looked at but because he believed in what he was selling. There was no sales pitch, just honesty and standing behind a company he believes in! My conversation ended with one of the managers by the name of Kyle. Nice guy...told him I'd be back tomorrow yada yada. So when I did come back today...Saturday, a super sweet charming guy by the name of Byron Sherman had talked with my parents earlier and then helped me. Oh my goodness...so knowledgable, easy going and so kind. Him and Kyle worked together to get me the payment I insisted on having and they got me there, Thank you!!! And the last person was Michael Ford, he impressed me with his knowledge, personality and down to business attitude! My interest rate 3.9....ummm that's a BIG high 5 right there! BAM!!! But besides all of that, he put a smile on my face and a tear in my eye because he shared a small piece of his life with me, all because I asked about his doggy named Tyson, which led to him talking about his sweet angel! Thank you for sharing that with me. With a sweet baby boy on the way, I wish you and you wife the best!!! You know what I love? The fact that all of you came together as one and stayed as one till the end. You each did your own part and that's what made it such a "bad xxx" experience! From the guy(s) that washed my new car and gave me a full tank of gas, to the sales men, managers and everybody in between...from the first impression to the last, I just want to say thank you!!! Wonderful Experience I wanted to find a car that I liked quickly, but I also wanted a friendly and non pressure experience. Not only was Chris Kimsey competent, efficient, I wanted to find a car that I liked quickly, but I also wanted a friendly and non pressure experience. Not only was Chris Kimsey competent, efficient, and funny, but he found my dream car. After showing me a few cars in my price range, he said "hang on, I have your dream car." A few minutes later, Chris pulled up with the car I've wanted since I was little and handed me the keys. A short time later, I was driving off the lot with my shiny new friend.
