Michael, our service advisor, and your shop foreman went above and beyond to help solve our Sorento’s problem. The engine kept stalling without any warning and became dangerous to drive. They tried their ve above and beyond to help solve our Sorento’s problem. The engine kept stalling without any warning and became dangerous to drive. They tried their very best to repair it, but it would not stay and even stalled on the check out drive. They both approached the KIA company and lobbied to have the engine replaced as it was faulty. After many conversations, video proof of the issue, etc, KIA replaced the engine as it was not fixable free of charge. Moritz even offered us a free loaner car as it had already been in the shop over a month waiting on parts to try and repair it initially. We will always be grateful and compliment Michael and the foreman for standing up for us. Moritz is fortunate to have such caring, conscientious people working for them! We thank you all for standing by our 2016 Sorento that had only 78k miles on it! We really enjoy driving that car and would recommend Moritz to anyone! More
