Just wanted to let everyone know how great everyone is here at Moritz. Scott Cusenz was my sales guy and he was unbelievable. Made me feel so at ease and never any pressure. Roscoe met my needs as a car buyer and did not try to convince me to get something that I did not want. He was patient as I test drove several cars and he gave me the deal I wanted. He went above and beyond by bringing me a drink while I waited and showing me how to pair my phone to my car. After I made the purchase he did multiple follow up calls to make sure I was satisfied. We went to purchase a new used truck and was very happy with the overall experience we received. I appreciate Kelly`s knowledge and capability to have everything done so all we had to do was show up and si with the overall experience we received. After having several bad experiences with other service providers the people at Moritz Kia in Fort Worth were a breath of fresh air. I was quoted a reasonable price and given a date when they thought they providers the people at Moritz Kia in Fort Worth were a breath of fresh air. I was quoted a reasonable price and given a date when they thought they could have my car ready. My car was ready on time and the final price was what had been quoted. Kyle, in the service department was especially helpful in explaining what the issues with my vehicle were. I will only be using Moritz Kia for my service needs on my Sorento for the remainder of the time that I own this vehicle. Also, when I am ready to buy a car next year I will be looking at Moritz Kia in Fort Worth first. They have earned my loyalty. More
