Car service We brought my car in at 8 and they said it would be ready in a couple of hours. It wasn’t ready when we return at 10:30. Poor Service Like you would expect with any dealership, you visit the service for one thing, and you beat a laundry list of “recommended” services from the technic Like you would expect with any dealership, you visit the service for one thing, and you beat a laundry list of “recommended” services from the technician. However, I prefer to keep my vehicle in tip top shape, and usually take their recommendations. Tire Inspection by this dealership gave a recommendation to replace the front tires due to uneven tread wear... they stated the rear did not need replacing. After leaving the dealership, I went for a car wash, where the car wash person pointed out two blatantly obvious nails in my tire. How could this be missed by the technician. After a more careful inspection, a rear tire ALSO had a nail in it and BOTH rear tires were completely worn on the inner tread, despite being told the rear tires were fine. This dealership put my life and my families lives at risk be failing to be thorough. More

We were able to test drive the car we wanted and the salesmen we had actually answered our direct questions about the car. So no "yes you could upgrade" "the miles on the car, huh let me look it up " we person who helped us actually knew everything about the car! We enjoyed our experience so much we actually bought the car! The salesmen explained how much we needed to cover taxes and title fees which helped us plan out our budget! And buying the car and doing all the paper work plus the test drive took no more than an hour! More
